Independent Contractor Notice: Resonance Stewards are independent contractors — non-exclusive, no quotas, no pressure. You share the link at your own discretion. Resonance Tunes will issue a Form 1099-NEC to any Steward whose cumulative commission earnings exceed $600 in a calendar year. You are responsible for your own taxes. Commission (8% of Year-1 contract value) is earned and paid after a referred organization signs a contract and pays their first invoice.

I understand and agree that I am registering as an independent contractor, not an employee of Resonance Tunes. I may refer organizations at my sole discretion. Commission is one-time (8% of Year-1 contract value), earned after a referred org signs and pays their first invoice. Resonance Tunes retains full discretion over pricing, contracts, and client relationships.
