Four Dimensions of Power

Formal Authority — title, budget control, decision rights Informal Influence — who people listen to regardless of title Privilege — unearned advantage from identity or position Marginalization — systemic barriers to voice, access, or advancement

Power Distribution Audit

Add roles, teams, or individuals. Rate each on the four dimensions (1 = low power, 5 = high power). For Marginalization: higher score = less marginalized (more access).
