Build Pod

Design and build a prototype. Test it. Learn from it. 2-6 weeks. Output: a working prototype + learning report. The pod is not a product team — it is a learning expedition.
Heal Pod
Space Holder · Witness · Reflector
Hold a process of repair or integration. 1-4 sessions. Output: a documented agreement, a repaired relationship, a new protocol. The pod exists to restore what has been fractured.
Dream Pod
Visionary · Grounder · Connector
Generate possibility without the pressure of execution. 1-3 sessions. Output: a vision document, a speculative design, a "what if" map. The pod exists to imagine what the organisation has not yet dared to imagine.
