What to expect

How is this different from a DEI consultant?
DEI consultants deliver training. We deliver diagnostics. You can't fix what you can't see. Our tools reveal the nervous system patterns underneath the surface — anonymously, without surveillance, without scoring individuals. Is this surveillance?
No. All diagnostics are pattern-based, not person-based. Individual responses are anonymous. The system aggregates at the team level. No one is tracked, no one is scored, no one is named. We built this to reveal the field — not to monitor people.
What does onboarding look like?
After your intake, we schedule a 45-minute discovery call. We'll walk you through the tools live, discuss your team's specific needs, and agree on scope and investment. Setup takes one week. Your team accesses the tools through a private org dashboard — no app installs, just a browser.
